Through her estate planning practice, Brittany Peters is dedicated to helping individuals and families protect their legacies with clarity, compassion, and intention. As a first-generation American and the first in her family to become an attorney, Brittany understands deeply the importance of building generational security. She approaches every client with empathy and purpose—ensuring they gain peace of mind knowing their future and their loved ones are protected.

EXPERIENCE

Brittany’s journey is rooted in resilience, service, and a passion for uplifting disadvantaged communities. A graduate of St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, graduating cum laude, before completing her Juris Doctorate at St. Mary’s University School of Law at just 23 years old—making her one of the youngest members of her class.

During law school, Brittany distinguished herself through leadership and advocacy. She served on the National Dispute Resolution Team and was active in the Black Law Student Association, Hispanic Law Student Association, and First Generation Professionals, while holding positions as Treasurer for both the National Lawyers Guild and First Generation Professionals.

Her commitment to justice began early. Before entering the legal field, Brittany taught in charter schools across San Antonio and the Greater Houston Area, serving students and families in disadvantaged communities. She later worked as a Fair Housing Specialist, successfully resolving over 100 housing disputes by advocating for tenants with mental or physical disabilities and negotiating reasonable accommodation requests.

LANGUAGES SPOKEN

Brittany is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish.
